Chief Operations & Growth Officer

Alex has been helping organizations turn strategic insights into lasting organizational change for over 20 years. His experience includes working as a partner in one of the world’s largest consulting firms where he specialized in providing strategic and operational advice to large healthcare systems and national and regional payers. He has a passion for improving health equity and outcomes by better integrating mental health into health care delivery systems and community programs. His skills include brand strategy and communications, mergers and acquisitions, growth strategy, innovation, business transformation, and performance improvement. 

Alex joined Mindful Philanthropy full time in February 2024 to help the organization develop the operational capabilities required to support our ambitious growth agenda. His remit includes talent management, compliance, financial management and reporting, infrastructure development and communications. 

Alex has Bachelor of Arts and Master of Philosophy degrees from Cambridge University and a Master of Business Administration degree from Columbia University.
