Grace Davis
Graduate Intern, Programs & Knowledge
Grace is a mission-driven public service leader with expertise in program evaluation, strategic communication, and program management. She graduated Summa Cum Laude from the Schreyer Honors College at The Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and a minor in Statistics. Her career began as an AmeriCorps VISTA, where she led evaluation initiatives for a mentoring and outdoor adventure program serving youth in Austin, TX.
Throughout her career, Grace has designed and led organization-wide evaluation strategies and managed large-scale programming that supported hundreds of mentees and volunteers. Most recently, she worked alongside executive leadership at youth-serving organizations to develop tailored evaluation plans and transform complex data into compelling, data-driven stories of impact.
Driven by a deep commitment to equity and human rights, Grace is passionate about building inclusive, responsive systems that expand access to opportunity—particularly for youth and women. She is currently pursuing a Master of Public Administration at NYU’s Wagner School of Public Service, specializing in Management and Leadership.
Outside of work, Grace enjoys rock climbing and running, exploring the outdoors, traveling, and engaging in a variety of creative pursuits.
