Willow is pursuing a dual major in Psychology and Sociology at McGill University.

Prior to joining Mindful Philanthropy, she worked with Extreme Kids & Crew, a nonprofit serving neurodivergent children and families, where she facilitated programs, supported volunteer engagement, and contributed to fundraising initiatives. Her experiences have fostered a strong belief in the power of community and a commitment to expanding access and opportunities that help individuals and families thrive.

Outside of work, Willow enjoys baking, reading, discovering new coffee shops, and going to concerts.
