Becca Graces
Perigee Fund
Becca leads Perigee Fund as its Executive Director. Since 2017 she has worked with founder Lisa Mennet, Ph.D. to build a team and pursue a vision of ending intergenerational trauma through the power of early relationships, focused on mental health during pregnancy, birth, and early childhood.
She believes in the levers of systems change, the brilliance of families, and the power of change agents working to embed mental health support where parents, babies, and toddlers are – in their homes, in communities, in health care, and in child care.
Prior to Perigee, Becca spent over 15 years as a founding staff member and Managing Director at FSG. She worked alongside diverse philanthropists across the U.S. – listening, weighing hard choices, and pursuing different paths to meaningful social change. She began her career toggling between corporate work and grassroots community service and values insights that come from holding multiple perspectives. She studied economics and applied mathematics at Dartmouth College, where she first started formulating a personal mission of combining social justice and strategic opportunities to redirect or deploy new kinds of capital. Most importantly, she is a mother.
