Matt Geschke

Senior Director Social & Community Impact Americas, Nike

Matt Geschke is the Senior Director of Social & Community Impact for Nike in the Americas. In this role, Matt leads the strategy, investment, and engagement approach to power the future of youth sport — with the vision of an active, inclusive world that inspires all youth to play and achieve their greatest potential. Matt firmly believes in the power of sport to unlock human potential and create a more equitable and just world, and over the course of his career has worked at the intersection of sport and social impact, both domestically and internationally. Prior to Nike, Matt guided the Laureus Sport for Good Foundation’s reemergence in the United States, launching the first Sport for Good City in New Orleans.  He holds a B.A. in Psychology from Johns Hopkins University and an M.B.A from the Warsaw Sports Marketing Center at the University of Oregon.
